We are currently recruiting for the following volunteer positions:
Volunteer Events Organiser
Are you highly organised and creative? We are looking for someone who can plan and manage engaging events that bring our community together to support the work we do.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
– Plan and execute exciting community fundraising events
– Work alongside a passionate team to make a real difference

Volunteer Bid Writer
Do you have experience writing proposals as part of your day job? As a Volunteer Bid Writer, you will play a crucial role in helping us secure the resources needed to sustain and expand our programmes.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
– Research funding opportunities
– Craft compelling proposals to secure vital funding
– Help ensure that W4 Youth can continue to empower young people
Your writing skills could directly impact the future of countless young people, join us and make your words matter!
Volunteer Coaches
Do you have experience in coaching, either sports or arts activities? We need passionate individuals who can provide skills development, guidance and support to young people, helping them build confidence, and reach their full potential.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
– Offer group coaching sessions in your area of expertise
– Provide support and motivation to help young people grow
– Be a positive role model and mentor
