Just like that, summer has come to an end—and as the leaves start to turn, we’re diving into Autumn with fresh energy and big plans!

Summer Highlights!
While many slowed down for the summer, we stayed busy, continuing our weekly programmes and celebrating with the Friday Night 5s End-of-Season Awards. On top of that, we were proud to:
🏫 Host the “Preventing School Exclusion” Workshop
In June, we joined forces with Young Ealing Foundation and PARC at Greenford Library to tackle one of the root causes of youth crime: school exclusion.
📊 Did you know 90% of young offenders have been excluded from school? Together, we began shaping a borough-wide action plan to make lasting change.
🏛️ Share Our Vision for a New Community Centre
We welcomed local residents to a Community Feedback Event at Southfield Rec to share thoughts on our proposed Community Centre. The ideas were amazing—and we’re incorporating them into the next design stage.
📅 Our next meeting with Ealing Council is on 25 September to agree next steps!
🤝 Attended the King’s Youth Opportunity Summit
What an honour! In July, we joined His Majesty The King, the Prime Minister, cabinet ministers—and even Idris Elba—to talk about preventing knife crime and supporting young people.
Our Founder and one of our incredible sports coaches (who says, “W4 Youth got me on the right path”) represented us brilliantly.
